How do I place an order?
Placing an order on CIRCUIT COLLECTIVE is easy as pie. Browse through the clothing list in the menu located at the top of the page and click on the designer, style or item that tickles your fancy. If you have a certain product in mind, you can use the search function in the top right-hand side of the page.
Once you have found your item, select your size, colour and click add to bag. Go to your bag to review the items you have selected, and click through to add in your pa yment details and delivery options. If you are not already registered with us, you will be asked to input a few simple details, including your delivery & billing address. Proceed to purchase, and once this is completed you will receive a confirmation email from CIRCUIT COLLECTIVE.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a secondary email including your order details and how you can track your order.
What currency are your prices in?
We are based in London, and all our prices are provided in Great British Pounds (£).
How do I know which size will fit me?
The size guide provided on the product page serves as a general guideline for helping you to find your size! Each style has slightly different measurements, so if you have any questions about specific measurements, please don’t hesitate to holla at the customer help team on email@example.com
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
We are sorry you want to cancel your order! Please contact our customer help team immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org and if your order has not yet been processed we will cancel it for you! However, once an order has been processed for shipping we will be unable to cancel it, but we can process a return for you! Again, speak with our customer help team and they can guide you through this process.
How can I track my order?
As soon as you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know we are preparing and wrapping up your item to be sent to you. Upon dispatch you will receive a secondary email with shipment details where you can click on “Track it” and see the status of your delivery.
What if my package arrives damaged?

My package is lost!

What does final sale mean?
These items have been reduced in price. If they are on sale it means they cannot be returned or refunded, or exchanged to a different size, colour or style.

If they are on sale it means they cannot be returned or refunded, or exchanged to a different size, colour or style. If a sale item is returned to us, it will automatically be shipped back to you.
How much does shipping cost within the UK?
As we start out, we are only delivering to the UK. The delivery cost is £5 a package. Watch this space as The Circuit continues to grow!
How fast is your shipping?
Your package will be delivered within 1-4 working days after the order was placed. You will receive an e-mail as soon as your package has been handed to a courier This e-mail will contain your Track & Trace code so you can track your package.
My order has not been delivered after 1-4 working days. What now?
Sometimes the delivery might take a bit longer. If it has been more than one week, we recommend you contact our Customer Care Team via email@example.com.
Why haven’t I received an order confirmation?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us. Have you not received this e-mail? Please check your spam folder! If you cannot find it there, something probably went wrong when you entered your details. Please check your account to see whether your e-mail address is correct.
Do you ship internationally?
YES! The international shipping fee will pop up when you enter your address at check out.
What is your online return policy?
Not what you thought it would be? No problemos! You can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, and we will issue a full refund, provided the item returned complies with the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn and returned in its original condition; we reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is worn, stained or in any unsuitable condition.
- When trying the garment on, please be extra careful if wearing makeup or fragrance that could stain or perfume the piece.
- The item must be returned with the clothing tags and barcode labels on the garment. We won’t be able to accept a garment without tags.
Unfortunately, as we are still growing we do not at this point offer a free returns service, so we advise you to send your item using a traceable service to ensure it gets back to us safe and sound! We cannot accept liability for any items that do not reach us.
- Your returns will be refunded at the value you purchased them at originally.
- All refunds will be credited directly to your original method of payment.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.*
*The initial delivery amount charged will only be refunded on occasions when the item received is faulty, damaged or if the wrong items were sent. In this case, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org confirming your order number, description of the fault in product and whether you wish to receive a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. However, if you would like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, you would just have to return the original item and place a new order online for the item you are looking for.

We will email you to let you know once your return parcel has been received and your refund is completed. Please hold on to your postage receipt and tracking number. For peace of mind, you may want to send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, should the parcel get lost.
Please, remember the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it's packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way. Additionally, we are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
What if my return is late?
Returns postmarked an additional 7 days outside of the 14-day policy are ineligible for a refund and will be automatically shipped back to you.
What if I need to exchange something to a different size or colour?Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. However, if you would like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, you would just have to return the original item and place a new order online for the item you are looking for.
When will I get my refund?
Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the product/s, this will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. We will send you an email when our team has processed your refund.
