But, I figure that the research queue thing should be a non-cheat console command or maybe even *gasp* a check box in the settings anyway, so I don't feel I'm cheating. So, you open up the save file .zip and look at control.lua. WebThen, open your map in factorio and take one of your ammo inventory's item and put it anywhere else. The script should print 'Changed map gen settings!' into the console. The achievements should be unlocked. Save and close the map, goto the zip folder of your map and remove the lines you added in console.lua. You're done.

WebThat save file is forever lost for achievements but you can disable mods on a new game and still get achievements on the new save file. If you disable mods and load the save, they get enabled again. The game only tracks if mods are currently loaded, not if any were loaded previously. Console commands will permanently mark the save. WebEDIT: Just to confirm, changing the spawning settings of biters (or peaceful mode) is what disables the achievements. Turning of pollution, evolution and expansion does not disable them! WebDec 10, 2024 · Disable expansion and divide by 2 the amount and frequency of nests, on top of making the starting area as big as possible.
